Background:
Little data is available on this Elite Eight member.  It has been revealed that he has been with ENIGMA since the beginning.  Along with Number Nine, he makes up the brain trust of the criminal organization.

Physical Appearance and Other Traits:
Wrinkled, short and stout, Number Eight has a bulbous nose with a thin, white, curved mustache and a bald head.  He wears a cap with a skull and a green mask modeled after a Chinese dragon's face with yellow eyes, horns, and white hair.  He dresses in a white and red traditional Chinese suit.  His hands were replaced by sharp metal claws.

Personality:
Blessed with a lifetime of experience, Number Eight has learned to be very patient.  He makes sure he has thought out all possiblities before initiating his plans.  His wisdom in various matters makes him a valued source of advice within ENIGMA.  During a fight, he can become very vicious.

Relationships:
Number Eight is loyal to the current Mr. E, and his enemies are also his enemies.  He and Number Nine are friends and work on various projects.  He supplies Number Nine-Nine with the pills he needs to counter his seizures.

Abilities and Paraphernalia:
Old age has not diminished this Elite Eight member's intelligence.  As a scientist, he specializes in genetics.  A practioner of magic as well, he can perform astral projection and making fire appear out of thin air.  He carries a Chinese fan at all times, and his claws are rigged as attack tools.  He also employs various magical objects on his assignments like ofuda (spell ward papers).
